Diadakan setiap dua tahun, Tompotika International Maleo and Sea Turtle Festival dari AlTo adalah ekstravaganza tiga minggu dari drama, musik, permainan fisik, dan semangat komunitas \u2013 semuanya bertema konservasi. Pada minggu pertama, sekelompok siswa SMA se-Tompotika yang terdiri dari 12-15 orang berkumpul untuk membuat sebuah drama orisinal; drama masa lalu telah menampilkan topik-topik seperti maleo dan penyu, kelapa sawit, kelebihan populasi manusia, dan adaptasi dari The Lorax karya Dr. Seuss.<\/p>\n

Dinamakan untuk mengenang mendiang anggota Dewan AlTo, musisi, dan ahli konservasi Dr. Jack Barbash, kontes Musik Jackoustik untuk Konservasi menginspirasi musisi Tompotika untuk menggubah dan menampilkan musik orisinal dengan tema konservasi.<\/p>\n
Dari band beranggotakan empat gadis sekolah menengah, paduan suara dua puluh anak sekolah, hingga gitaris solo yang menyayat hati, Jackoustik telah memfasilitasi pembuatan lusinan lagu bertema konservasi yang baru dan orisinal, banyak di antaranya terus dibawakan dan beredar lama setelah dan jauh melampaui kontes Jackoustik itu sendiri, terus menginformasikan dan menginspirasi etika konservasi untuk masa depan.<\/p>\n
